Evernote for me has been a personal note-taking app for all things but never a task manager or task scheduler and I don't think I will ever use it as such. You could see thumbnails of the saved page and quickly add notes or info with a screenshot or article clip which would save time when looking at your task list. The task list becomes an extensive list of tasks with Hyperlinked titles that you never really know what it is unless you open the task and read the notes you entered or click the link. You can add tasks for goals, set deadlines, and get reports to see how close you are to achieving your goals. Evernote allows you to save an article, full page, bookmark, or screenshot while TickTick just saves an HTML link of the page which I find very annoying.
